Hello,
I have a question about JenniferSNMPMessage interconnections.
I implemented the JenniferSNMPMessage class to receive error messages in SMS.
There is no problem getting error messages, but
I can’t receive warning messages. Is there additional setting required to receive warning messages?

Khalid Saeed

In the setting, an error and a warning are not distinguished from each other.
Please, attach com.jennifer.snmp.tech.JenniferSNMPMessage.

The JenniferSNMPMessage file is attached.
My question is this
Critical
20110302/104240 A21 ERROR_JVM_DOWN JVM DOWN
20110302/103447 A11 ERROR_JVM_DOWN JVM DOWN
Message
20110303/085520 D4P SYSTEM_MESSAGE JVM START
20110224/165955 D2T SYSTEM_MESSAGE JVM START
I get the following message transmitted from it.
“ERROR_JVM_DOWN[A21]”
“ERROR_JVM_DOWN[A11]”
“SYSTEM_MESSAGE[D2T]”
“SYSTEM_MESSAGE[D4P]”
________________________________________
Warning
20110302/162120 A11 WARNING_APP_BAD_RESPONSE_TIME APP BAD RESPONSE TIME
20110302/162032 A11 WARNING_JDBC_BAD_RESPONSE_TIME JDBC BAD RESPONSE TIME
20110302/161930 A11 WARNING_JDBC_BAD_RESPONSE_TIME JDBC BAD RESPONSE TIME
I get the above warning message in the alarm window, but this warning message is not transmitted to me. How can I change the setting to receive these warning messages?

Khalid Saeed

JENNIFER’s controls do not differentiate critical, error, or warning.
Please, check the stringbuffer.toString() code before the SMS is sent.
Also, check the code that processes transmission of SMS.
(For instance, if SMS was not sent due to a certain restriction?)
