I noticed 20 times of the ERROR_MAYBE_BUSY_PROCESS for a day. While I have been searching what caused the error, I noticed from the Jennifersoft manuel that the Jennifer server try to connect with TCP to see if the Jennifer agent is working when it failed to receive data from the Jennifer agent after 8 seconds (default setting.) if the Jennifer successfully completed connection with TCP, it is likely that an application with Jennifer agent installed conducted garbage collection during the time it failed to receive data. Apply the threshold through agent_death_detection_time option at the Jennifer server. The default value is 8000. Unit is ms.
agent_death_detection_time = 8000

I go to the configuration control/configuration setting to see how our setting are applied, however, I could not see the agent_death_detection_time. Where could I find it? Maybe the error has something to do with network? Or garbage collection is in process? Or can you explain what else could cause such error?

You can find it at the configuration setting. The time you asked is 8000, 8 seconds. You can expand the time. The Jennifer agent sends the message every second. If the Jennifer server failed to receive the message for 8 seconds, it would send a signal to the agent. If the agent responds to the signal, the Jennifer sends the related message, if not, it would send the process down message. The error frequently occurs when the GC time takes longer. It also appears when it failed to receive the UDP. But this is rare case. Please check the time during the Full GC. When you apply slightly longer time, you would not see the message anymore. But fundamentally you need to decrease the Full GC time.

1.?where could I find the Full GC time? You said I could find it at the configuration setting/alert control. When I click the error_maybe_busy_process at the alert control, I see the name, agent list, enable alert, enable sms, enable script. But could not see a part that I could aply the setting at 8000. I even could not search anything at the configuration setting.
2. the Jennifer recognizes the time at defaulted setting? I mean, 8 seconds?
3. where should I look to change the time? Probably server or agent?

1. you can find at the configuration setting→ alert control→ERROR_PROCESS_DOWN.
For GC log setting, Please refer to the http://blog.naver.com/bumsukoh/110119881124.
2. default setting is 8 seconds.
3. you can select it at the screen. The related values are included at a table called alert_config. Please make sure you updated the Jennifer first.
