When I drag the dots in the x-view, I can see the SQL Time and Fetch Time.
Some transaction has short SQL Time while it has long Fetch Time.
I would like to know the exact meaning of this fetch time.

In such case, how can I find the cause of the delayed response time? Is it due to DB, JDBC or application server?

More specifically, Fetch Time means the sum of time when ResultSet is true. If you see the short SQL time and long Fetch Time, mostly, that is because there are number of Fetches in Query. You should look at the number of Fetches carefully.

In this case, it is because there are many Fetches in application rather than there is specific problem in DB, JDBC and WAS. Of course, you can also see long Fetch Time in spite of a few Fetch.
