Jennifer Server : Window 2003

I installed Jennifer on the Weblogic 8.
However, all agents in heap memory sometime downed and recovered again suddenly like attached figure file.
If a specific agent has this kind of problem, such agent might have root cause. However, all agents have same problem.
There is no firewall between Agent and Jennifer Server.

Does that problem come from configuration or server itself?

As you mentioned, there are two reasons of those problems.

The first problem occurs when browser running is slow due to network problem. Jennifer gathers data through 6701 TCP port and such problem happens if network is slowed.

Second problem is due to the delayed Full GC in Jennifer Server. Performance data is taken from Agent per one second. But if Jennifer Server is blocked, such problem occurs.
