Hello,
I newly installed Jennifer 3.2 version.
When I execute the shutdown.sh file, the following error keeps occurring.
Stop tomcat

I have no idea what the problem is.
Please check it for me.

The JENNIFER server customizes TOMCAT. If you designate the shutdown port in server/conf/server.xml of the JENNIFER server, you can terminate TOMCAT but even if you do, TOMCAT’s webcontainer will go down but other threads(used by JENNIFER) will not die. As a result, the process won’t be terminated.
So, you need to use the kill command to terminate it. Since JENNIFER 4.0, this problem is gone.
PS : Is there any special reason why you installed version 3.2? Otherwise, you are better off installing the latest version
