Hello!
The heap memory and the cpu utilization data is received ok but no other data including tps can be received.
I called test.jsp marked as a test but couldn’t not receive it in the JENNIFER management screen.
The port information setting is adequate for the JENNIFER server and agent. In this case, what should I look into?
Looking forward to your answer.
To help you answer my question, look at the following test environment information.
- JENNIFER : v 4.5
- os : windows 7 64bit ( JENNIFER agent and server installed in the same server.)
- WAS : WebSphere Application Server 7 (32bit)
- agent configuration file additional setting :
using_adaptable_http_agent=true
http_agent_classpath=C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\jennifer.http.jar
agent_boot_class=javax.servlet.GenericServlet
-Class path : C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\jennifer.boot.jar
- Boot class pass : C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\lwst.boot.jar
C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\lwst.jdk.jar
- General jvm take over : -Djennifer.config=C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\a11.conf
-javaagent:C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\lwst.javaagent.jar

Why don’t you move the file, C:\jennifer45\jennifer4.5.1\agent\jennifer.boot.jar located in the class path into the boot class path? Do not register anything in the class path.
Check if Java plugin1.6.0_10 or higher is installed in the client.
The reason why you are not getting no information on tps or simultaneous users might be because there is no transaction.
If you keep executing the test.jsp file, do you have no log left in your X-view?
Check if one of the a11.conf options is set as “enable = true” one more time.

The version of Java Plugin on the client side is 1.6.0._16
and the a11.conf option is also set to enable=true.
Also, I moved the jennifer.boot.jar file to the boot class.
I tried everything but there is no log left in my X-view.
Everything is ok with other customer’s sites which I configured according to your guideline but my site is causing a problem.
Is there any thing else that I can check?

In my case, the client and the JENNIFER server are running on the same server.
In addition, there is no framework at all. I am unable to call test.jsp with simple text.
