Ever since I installed the view server and data server at the same server, I noticed an error like below at the browser. “network is temporarily in error or it is in ViewServer Process Down. Try to connect again.”
I could well see the other features such as Analysis Statistics and agent information, except for the real-time data. It looks like the data server and agent are in normal condition, I could confirm the data of related server. I see no problem seeing the data server and agent at the setting of view server. I installed its license as well. Do I need to activate any other ports other than 7900 port? We are using a proxy server inside the company.

Thanks for your support.

It looks like the proxy caused the error. But to identify the exact root cause of your problem, go to the developer tool of your browser→ console tab. You will see the message. Please capture it and send it to us. The message probably would say like the socket has been closed.
