Hello.
I’m JENNIFER hot user~
After processing the JENNIFER server for 1-2 days, the process goes down.

There is no root cause message in the log file.

I just see the below message.

20081128/180037:UdpXViewProfileListener: maximum backlog connection reached: 256. please, try to increase “number_of_udp_callstack_workers”

Is there any connection with this message?

To solve the problem, I set the value from 30 into 300.

But, the message comes again and the server process also goes down.

What’s the problem?

No change in core.

Please give me answer for me.

Thanks.

Please try to delete server/data/xprof.isam file and restart.
The file has the X-View profile data but it is ok to delete because the data is saved in the daily directory. It takes 203 minutes to create index and this means the file has a problem. I think the time for disk io will be delayed so many.

If the system TPS is high, increase the heap memory of the JENNIFER server or set the JVM option.

PS : What’s your JDK version using in the JENNIER server….
