Today, I tried to install the JENNIFER but there is a sign that license key is not valid in the log file. I think the agent is not working.

- I’m using resin 3.0.22 and its start option is
httpd.exe -Xbootclasspath/p:C:\JenniferAgent\lwst.boot.jar;C:\JennfierAgent\lwst.jdk.jar -Djennfier.config=C:\JenniferAgent\w11.conf.

- I checked there are lwst.boot.jar and lwst.jdk.jar inder the C:\JenniferAgent folder.
- Using ipcheck.jsp, I check the same IP address.
- I want to know the spec of computer for running the JENNIFER server.
When I search the window, I couldn’t see the no sign and movement in the browser.

It is typo..

-Djennfier.config=C:\JenniferAgent\w11.conf

==>
-Djennifer.config=C:\JenniferAgent\w11.conf

- The memory 2GB enough if the agent is less than five.

- Browser JRE should be 1.6.0_10 or higher. Please check the Flash 9 is installed on your PC.

jennifer20.dll shared library loaded failed: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jennifer20 in java.library.path

- The above is text of jennifer.log.
The error occurs in two part.
1) license_filename=D:\resin-pro-3.0.22\license.txt :license key is not valid.
2) jennifer20.dll shared library loaded failed: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jennifer20 in java.library.path
I can find the solution in the installation guide but I don’t know why the first error happens…?

In addition, there is some typo in ‘5.2.4.2. Resin 2.x / 3.x Java option configuration’…^^;

Khalid Saeed

1. Input the license, then, the log will disappear.

2. Copy the jennifer20.dll file in c:\jenniferAgent directory into the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory.

3. The installation guide should be updated. I will do.

JENNIFER agnet and server run succesfully..^^;
But, now I can not see the SQL data.I corrected the configuration data like in the using guide.
I attached screen capture and conf file.

PS:DB is locked due to some transaction.
I searched the related table but I’m in difficult in finding transaction.
Does JENNIFER find it?

Khalid Saeed

Please refer to the JDBC connection tracing part in the JENNIFER using guide.
You can find more exact and detailed data in the manual.
If you want to ask any help, please send me an e-mail or call me.
